BANGKOK - HANOI - HALONG BAY - BANGKOK

 

DEPARTURE ( Ex-Bangkok ) :  Daily on request

 

Day 1 :  Bangkok - Hanoi (D)

Fly from Bangkok to Hanoi.  Arrive at Hanoi International airport,  meet & transfer to your hotel;.  This evening, we see the performance of the Water Puppet show at Thang Long Theatre.  Dinner at restaurant.  O/N in Hanoi.

 

Day 2 :  Hanoi  (B+L+D)

Breakfast at hotel. Full day city tour of Hanoi - visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his residence, One-Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature.  After lunch, continue visit to the Historical Museum, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, then 1 hour of pedicab ride around the old steets of Hanoi.  Dinner at restaurant.  O/N in Hanoi.

 

Day 3 :   Hanoi - Halong  (B+L+D)

Breakfast at hotel.  Heading out of town, we travel b8y roads to Halong Bay, truly one of Vietnam’s most impressive sites.  We embark on a sailing junk to explore the picturesque  scenery blending the sky with some 3,000 limestone islands, rising amazaingly from the clear Emerald water and littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves.  A fantastic cruise to visit Sung Sot Cave, Tuan Chau Island, Dinh Huong Island, Gachoi Island, Dog Island, Sail Island and a swim at Titov Beach. Lunch & dinner served on board with Vietnamese wine.  O/N on board the Houng Hai Junk.

 

Day 4 :  Halong - Hanoi  (B+L+D)

Breakfast on board.  Continue the cruise to discover more of Halong Bay.  Visit Man’s Head Island, Tiortoise Island, Luon Cave, Bai Tu Long Bay, Toad Island and Baitho Mountain.  Lunc on board.  Afternoon, drive back to Hanoi.  Dinner at restaurant.  O/N in Hanoi.

 

Day 5 :  Hanoi - Bangkok (B)

Breakfast at hotel.  Free day to wander around town on your own.  Transfer to Hanoi airport and fly back to Bangkok.
