HOW TO BOOK …
Book your trip either by e-mail or fax.
Full name/s (as per passport) of all participants are required.  For children (under 12 years of age) and senior citizens (over 6o years of age), the date of birth must be provided when making a booking.

PAYMENT …
A deposit of US$ 200.- (or equivalent in other currencies) per person is required once the booking is confirmed.  Final payment is expected 30 days prior to the commencement date of arrival at the first port of call.  Booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if final payment is not received.  For booking made less than 30 days prior to commencement of the trip, full payment must be received within 7 days upon booking confirmation.
Payment should be made by bank remittance to our account as provided on our Invoice.  Payment by Credit Card (Visa & Master Card) is acceptable by Payment Gateway, linked to this web site.

CANCELLATION …
Tour participants must cancel their booking by notifying us in writing either by e-mail or fax.  Cancellation fees are as follow :

• 45 days prior to arrival  -  US$ 100.- per person.
  
• 30-44 days prior to arrival  -  US$ 150.- per person.
  
• 15-29 days prior to arrival  -  US$ 200.- per person.
  
• 7-14 days prior to arrival  -  50 % trip cost.
  
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival  -  100 % trip cost.
