HOW TO BOOK … Book your trip either by e-mail or fax. Full name/s (as per passport) of all participants are required. For children (under 12 years of age) and senior citizens (over 6o years of age), the date of birth must be provided when making a booking.
PAYMENT … A deposit of US$ 200.- (or equivalent in other currencies) per person is required once the booking is confirmed. Final payment is expected 30 days prior to the commencement date of arrival at the first port of call. Booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if final payment is not received. For booking made less than 30 days prior to commencement of the trip, full payment must be received within 7 days upon booking confirmation. Payment should be made by bank remittance to our account as provided on our Invoice. Payment by Credit Card (Visa & Master Card) is acceptable by Payment Gateway, linked to this web site.
CANCELLATION … Tour participants must cancel their booking by notifying us in writing either by e-mail or fax. Cancellation fees are as follow :
45 days prior to arrival - US$ 100.- per person. 30-44 days prior to arrival - US$ 150.- per person. 15-29 days prior to arrival - US$ 200.- per person. 7-14 days prior to arrival - 50 % trip cost. Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100 % trip cost.
NOTE : When a traveler cannot complete the tour as booked, no refund will be given for any unused portion.
CHILDREN & SENIOR CITIZENS DISCOUNT … Generally, children under 12 years of age, sharing room with 2 adults without an extra bed will be given a 50% discount on the trip. With an extra bed, children under 12 years old will be provided with a 25% discount from the adult fare. For JOINT TOURS & EXCURSIONS, child fares are stipulated on each individual tour or trip. Senior citizens (over 60 years old) - 5% discount from the tour fare.
WHAT IS INCLUDED … Is clearly defined on each individual trips.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED … International airfares, airport taxes, visa / travel permit application fee, meals not specified in the itinerary, tips for tour guides, drivers, single room supplement, insurance, personal expenses - phone bills, laundry, optional tours, access luggage charge, etc… and other expenses of a personal nature.
INSURANCE … Travel insurance is recommended and must include for cancellation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss or damage to baggage and personal effect. This can be arranged by your Travel Agent.
RESPONSIBILITY … Charisma Voyage and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to delay or change in schedule caused by weather, political mishaps, natural disaster, epidemics, war, criminal activities or any other causes beyond its control. Charisma Voyage is not responsible for the rejection of entry by immigration office and custom house, even if the tour participant holds valid passport with proper visas. Every tour participants should hold a valid passport of at least 6 months prior to the expiry date.
